Jan and Jaci's Private Beach
House is a beautifully furnished and restored Cape Dutch
Cottage - situated in the seaside village of Kleinmond.
Nearly a hundred years old it is one of the original
Kleinmond homes!
The Beach House can accommodate a maximum of 8 people
and is available on a self catering basis.
Fully equipped, this is the ideal holiday house for
individuals, couples or families offering the perfect
location from which to explore the wonders of the Western
Cape. Choose from several gorgeous beaches - Kleinmond,
Betties Bay and Pringle Bay to name a few.
Take a quick walk to the vibey Kleinmond Harbour (great
deli, restaurants, bakery, gift shops etc) Fabulous
Whale watching from directly in front of the house and
along the sea front pathway. A short drive to Hermanus,
Franschhoek or Gordons Bay and of course, the wine routes.
Great White Shark Diving available at Gansbaai, a 45
min drive from Kleinmond. All this, only 1 hours scenic
drive from Cape Town International Airport!!!
The main house has 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed
and the other a bunk bed) with separate bathroom facilities,
a lounge, outdoor patio (for spectacular sunsets) overlooking
the sea, kitchen cooking.
The rear of the house looks over a natural fynbos garden
and onto the mountains behind Kleinmond - awesome! The
Garden cottage has 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed
and the other has 2 single beds.) With
the bathroom facilities interleading between the 2 bedrooms.
The garage is home to a selection of bicycles and boogie
boards which are available for your use while staying
in the house. |
